Excellent sessions to attend. I always wanted to do mindfulness and yoga sessions but could not muster enough courage to do so as I thought them to be meant for spiritually inclined and hence not my cup of tea. I was pleasantly surprised to find Nimisha’s sessions very practical and satisfying . The way she conducts them is awe inspiring. I find my body and mind peacefully at rest after attending the same. Being from a professional background, she understands the stress levels and is able to provide solutions. I am always looking forward to the next session despite of it being in early hours ( very unlike me). I would recommend these sessions for every one and would compliment her for the wonderful job she is doing. ![]()
